I create great-looking and effective business websites. If you're in the market for a new site, or if your existing one could use an update, I'd be happy to talk with you. In a lot of cases, I also do the photography for my sites, which is a real advantage because you don't have to source the photography elsewhere. Photos can be the most difficult part of a site, as you likely know.
Please feel free to Contact Me to discuss how my photography can help with your advertising and marketing efforts.
Fitness Funatics was my first client website and I'll always be grateful to the owner, Shelley Greig, for taking a leap of faith with me. Five years later, she was wanting to change things up, so I did a completely new site for her.
Shelley likes to do photo shoots with her staff every year, and this year was no exception. We hit the beach with some muscle cars provided by friends, and the resulting photo is the main one in the header of the new site.
Shelley wanted the site to be "tough but classy" and I think we nailed it.
Be sure to Contact Shelley if you're wanting to get fit!
The owners of Port Elgin Super 8 were ready for a fresh new look for their website, and since I'd taken photos of their recently-renovated rooms & suites, lobby, and breakfast room, it was perfect timing.
We went for a more streamlined layout, with lots of white space and a more elegant look overall. Visit their new site and take a look around for yourself.
If you're looking for accommodations in Port Elgin or Saugeen Shores, Port Elgin Super 8 is the place! Contact them to check availability and rates.
It was treat to do a new website for Breakers Swim Team, a community-based competitive swim club in Port Elgin, Saugeen Shores.
They had a basic website that got the job done, but they wanted a fresh look, with large photos and a more contemporary look. We did new photos for them and came up with a layout they liked.
Now we just need the kids to keep updating their Instagram feed, since it's featured on the home page!
This is the brand new website for Mensch Clothing, a family-owned clothing store and fashion staple in Port Elgin. Formerly called Simpson's Clothing, Tim & Betty Simpson changed the name in 2014.
They didn't have a website, and wanted a clean, classy-looking site that they could display their Instagram feed on, which they're very active on. They can also update the site themselves, and we plan to add a store section in the near future.
New website for Aunt Mabel's, a family-owned restaurant and motel in Port Elgin since the early '90's.
We updated the Aunt Mabel's site with a fresh new look and all new photos, reflective of their recently-renovated restaurant and all new menus.
*Note: since we redid the website, the restaurant has changed hands and the new owners have taken over the site, changing things up a bit and adding their own photos.
New website for Ackert Construction, a family-owned Excavating Company in Port Elgin since the early '90's.
Their original website had become outdated so they wanted a new one that would showcase their extensive Excavation Services. If you visit the site, you'll see that we accomplished that.
I took new photos for most of the the services, and will continue adding new ones to the sites moving forward.
New website for Seaman & Sons Builders, a family-owned custom home builder in Southampton since 1954.
New website for Oceanfrontier Hideaway, a unique beachfront resort in the Abacos Ilsands of the Bamamas.
This is the new website for long-time Port Elgin retail fashion store, Casual Corners.
Working with Melissa at Casual Corners over the years, I’ve learned that you’d better be prepared for a jolt of energy when you go see her. If you want a pick-me-up, go talk to Melissa for 5 minutes. That’s who she is, and when you go to the store, that’s what you get: her energy and playfulness is stamped all over the place, including her staff.
We did some photo shoots for the new site, and have added photos from each new one we do.
If you're in need of some new styles, and want to take advantage of some expert fashion advice at the same time, Casual Corners is definitely the place to go in Port Elgin.
Mandy and Penny at Growing Brain Connections in Port Elgin are a team of Occupational Therapists dedicated to helping individuals and families deal with and overcome challenges that may be too difficult to deal with on their own.
They were very open to utilizing some unique design elements that help to explain what they do, which is not always easy. I feel that we've created a site that allows visitors to easily get answers to questions they may have about what Many & Penny can do for them, which was one of the main goals for the site.
If you or someone you know is struggling to overcome challenges with issues that Occupational Therapy might be able to help with, I highly recommend contacting Mandy & Penny at Growing Brain Connections. You can contact them from their website to request a free consultation.
My good friend, Darren Whimsett, asked me to create a website for his business, DRW Appraisals. He wanted a simple, but professional-looking site to reflect his successful appraisal business in the GTA.
In a lot of cases, clients for businesses like his simply want to be able to go online and confirm that the business is for real and that they can feel confident hiring Darren to do the job required and don't have to worry about getting scammed. There's a lot of shady operators out there, and Darren wanted to clearly separate himself from those kinds of jokers.
We accomplished that and Darren's professional business is well-represented by his website. If you're looking for an Appraisal Service in the GTA, I highly recommend contacting Darren Whimsett at DRW Appraisals.
The team at Bruce County Custom Cabinets design and manufacture the highest quality products available anywhere! We're so lucky to have them right here in our community of Saugeen Shores..
They wanted a website that would reflect the high standards they strive to achieve, and I was flattered when they asked me to create it for them. We went for a clean design, with lots of white space to offset the gorgeous photos of their craft.
They have an extensive portfolio that showcases their work, so be sure to take a look at the wide variety of custom kitchens and bathrooms they've done, both in new custom homes and home renovations.
If you're looking for a company to handle your kitchen or bathroom project, look no further than Bruce County Custom Cabinets.
When Steve Dennison asked me to create a new website for his business, Dennison Homes, I jumped at the opportunity because I knew he would want a classy site that’s driven by large images. Since I love photographing his homes, it was a natural.
Dennison Homes is a company that prides itself on the superior quality of their work. Their craftsmanship stands the test of time and Steve wanted a website that reflects this. Have a look at the site yourself and I believe you’ll agree that we accomplished exactly that.
We’ll continue adding new projects to the Portfolio section. For more detailed information on projects, you can visit their Houzz page by clicking on the link at the bottom of their new website. If you haven’t checked out Houzz yet, grab yourself a cup of java and get ready to spend some time there!
In the meantime, if you’re considering building a new home or cottage, or if your current one needs an update, you should contact Steve and his team at Dennison Homes.
This is the new website for the Port Elgin Super 8. Owners Jennifer & Tom, along with their Manager, Trevor, are terrific to work with, and I think it’s safe to say they think the new site’s ‘super’, haha.
They’ve done extensive renovations at the hotel, and the new rooms are really nice. Check them out on the Rooms pages. Most of the photography is mine, including some scenics in the Port Elgin & Southampton galleries.
If you’re in the market for an update or a brand new site, please Contact Me and let’s figure out what we can do together.
After launching my own Imageport website, one of my clients asked if I would do her site. I’ve known Shelley at Fitness Funatics for years, and since I trust that she won’t hurt me when I workout with her, I guess she thought she could trust me with her website. 😉
She wanted a tough-looking, gritty site that would reflect her own no-nonsense personality, and would showcase her awesome staff. I think we nailed those requirements.
A major consideration when contemplating a Fitness Studio Website is the photography. We decided to do all new photos for the new site. Shelley and her staff were great to work with and we pulled of some really cool photos. Since I’m the guy doing the website, I can make sure the photography style fits the look & feel of the site.
